I fear that many people live in a world (their own world) where they don’t realize how precious their time is and consequently don’t manage their time in a balanced and fulfilling way – until it’s too late.
Today, I would like for you to take a step back and focus on just one part of the whole.
Focus on how you spend your time every day.
A large part of your day is obviously spent sleeping, eating, and taking care of your basic needs – those are a given.
But how do you spend the other hours of your day?
…The hours that you get to choose how to spend?
Do you spend the majority of your extra time watching TV? Creating art? Reading? Feeling stressed? Or on social media?
Because if so, then think about this: You are on track to have spent most of your life watching TV, creating art, reading, feeling stressed, or on social media.
…If you spend the majority of your day with your family and friends, then you are on track to have spent most of your life with your family and friends.
…If you spend the majority of your day doing work that you hate, then you are on track to have a hate-filled life.
…If you spend the majority of your day showing gratitude and expressing love, then you are on track to have a love-filled life. Continue reading
