Trying your best is one thing I wish more people truly did. The problem (that I’ve been noticing lately at least) is that most people tend to feel like they’re trying their best when really they are holding way back from their true potential because of fears, pre-dispositions, and peer influence.

They are not afraid to be delighted with simple pleasures, and they have a degree of contentment with what life has brought – sometimes it isn’t much, either.” ~ Walt Disney
“The more intentional you are about your leadership growth, the greater your potential for becoming the leader you’re capable of being. Never stop learning.” ~ John C. Maxwell, Leadership Gold
“Your goal as a leader isn’t to be indispensable to the people you lead; it is to leave your people something that is indispensable to them.” ~ John C. Maxwell, Leadership Gold
